What is
Lifestyle Medicine?

Lifestyle medicine (LM) is a medical specialty based on the principle of balancing six areas of health:
nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, limiting harmful substances and social connections.

LM was developed by the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, and the Harvard Institute of Lifestyle Medicine.
It is currently an American and International medical specialty, and is a growing community of practice around the globe.
